Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with any claim, customers must provide:

Claims relating to damaged items may not be accepted without photographic evidence.
Please retain all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges or delivery times associated with physical goods.
