Returns & Refunds Policy
We take great care in packing and dispatching every order. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a claim, please provide:

Your order number.

Clear photographs of the damaged item(s).

Photographs of the packaging, including any visible damage to the outer parcel.

A brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Upon review, we may offer a replacement copy, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the error has been verified.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for physical books in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, PDF downloads and other digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
Limited Editions & Special Orders
Limited editions, facsimiles, signed copies, and special-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
